Current Openings:
Property Cleaner: Part-Time - $18-$20/hr
We are hiring an additional person to join our quickly growing property care team! Are you the type of person who takes pride in every detail of your work? Do you enjoy making things sparkle and enjoy varied tasks? Do you have a high attention to detail? Then this position is for you!
This position is helping to maintain our various properties throughout Boulder County. Flexible Work Hours 9:00am-4pm with shifts available 7 days a week.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Duties can include but are not limited to:
Regular House cleaning - residential 2-3 times per week (3 Airbnb Properties)
Gardening
Laundry
Painting
Interior staging
Organization projects

The management at the company provides snacks, drinks and meals for special occasions or when working on long projects. All team members are given full access to the tools and supplies they need to work efficiently.
Starting pay: $18/hour
Pay after Training: $20/hour
Additional increases based on performance and reliability. We value reliability and reward trustworthiness. There is plenty of opportunity to grow with company and have full time hours if desired!
